Q1) WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A. Bake My Day does not offer refunds or cancellations. Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect. Once an order has been received, the customer assumes full responsibility for the purchased items. Multiple orders placed from the same household are non-cancelable.
Q2) WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A. We do not accept returns, as our products are freshly made to order. However, if your order does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at bmdbymehak@gmail.com or call +91 9711408308 with pictures of the issue. Our team will review it and arrange a replacement or refund.
Q3) WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AMOUNT?
A. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of initiation.
Q4) CONSUMER RIGHTS
A. This Policy is subject to Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws which cannot be waived.
